- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

2.2 Refund Timeframe
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
