Order Processing

  1. Choose your desired item and click on the “Add to cart” button.
  2. You may either continue shopping or click on “Check out” when you are done.
  3. Fill in your contact and shipping information.
  4. Complete your payment through our secure checkout using PayPal or a credit or debit card.
  5. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details.

Returns & Cancellations

  1. Standard (in-stock) items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free of installation marks.
  2. Standard orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped.
  3. Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once completed, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  4. We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
  5. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  6. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
