How It Works

1. Tell us your vision.
   Email us at contact@metalworksmorocco.com with a description, sketch, or reference photo of what you have in mind. Include dimensions if you have them.
2. Get a design consultation.
   Our team will review your request and reply within 24 hours with questions, material options, and an initial concept.
3. Receive your quote.
   Once the design is confirmed, we'll send you a detailed quote covering materials, craftsmanship, and estimated production time.
4. Approve and pay in full to begin production.
   Full payment is required upfront to confirm your order. Once received, our artisans begin shaping your piece by hand.
5. Final inspection and shipping.
   Every custom piece is hand-inspected before packing. We'll send tracking details as soon as it ships.

How long does a custom order take?
Most custom pieces take 3 to 6 weeks to craft, depending on complexity, plus shipping time. We'll confirm an exact timeline in your quote.

Is there a minimum order for custom pieces?
No minimum; we take on single-piece custom orders as well as multi-unit projects for designers, contractors, and hospitality projects.

Can I send my own design or reference photos?
Yes, please do. Sketches, Pinterest boards, or photos of a style you like all help our artisans understand exactly what you want.

Is payment required in full upfront?
Yes. Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, full payment is required before production begins. Custom orders are non-refundable once production starts, except in the case of defects or damage on arrival. Full details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
